The Nightmares

Those dreams always come when you are not expecting for those and when it seems like everything is great. Those dreams usually come and blow your brain with all those images you see and what is the worst thing about the whole nightmare stuff is that you can’t wake up. Sometimes, you see a nightmare and you know that it is just a dram and all you have to do is to wake up and you try like hell, you do your best but you just can’t get out of the dream and you keep seeing those terrible events and creatures and so on. The nightmare is a kind of dreams I wish I would never see again in my life and I think that is how most people think. Nightmares come and ruin your sleep and in case you did managed to wake up you will never fall asleep again. You will be lying in your bed with your eyes wide opened and you will barely fall asleep again this night. This is the nightmare and it is extremely destructive. It disturbs our nerves and our dreams and those people who often see nightmares are usually people who afraid of falling asleep. They are afraid of each night and they don’t want to go to bed and it is another stress for mental health.

Come into my dream

A lot of words are said about dreams and there are a lot of theories called to explain this phenomenon. The whole scientific and supernatural stuff mean nothing. Even in case they will realize what a dream really is it will change nothing. It will never decrease or increase the value of those dreams we see at night. Let those be mysterious messages or just products of our imagination or subconsciousness but there is one peculiarity of dream that is the most valuable. A dream may be a place to meet with a person you love, with a person you miss and with that special person you need. You can call this person into your dream and he or she will be there in case you really want it. You can meet a person that is far away from you, or you can meet a person you love but can’t be together with. You can meet there anyone you care about. Those people can come into your dreams and you can tell them all those things you have always wanted to tell but were not able. Let them come to your dreams, just call them and they will be there, and do not forget to visit their dreams.

Paying someone to interpret your dreams is kind of like paying someone to flush you toilet. It isn’t all that productive in the end. More books have been written on dream interpretation over the last ten years that it makes learning everything the dream interpreter known available on any book shelf. In fact, if you buy the books on dream interpretation you are likely to know everything that the dream interpreter knows. For all it’s worth, you can usually interpret your dreams via internet based information.

Dream interpretation is a loose art at best. There are many idiosyncrasies that affect your dreams, including what you take medicinally every day, supplements you might take, and your state of mind when you fell asleep. For the most part, dream interpretation is kind of like an educated guess based on the information that you provide the interpreter. It’s a game. The more you talk the more information the interpreter has and the more information they can continue to receive. They like to ask questions that are personal to you because you will tell them about your life. You know your life better than anyone else and you can understand your own dreams better simply because you are the one having them. With two, maybe three, good books you can learn more about dream interpretation than you ever wanted to know. Books on dream interpretation costs much less than a single session with a dream interpreter, and the knowledge will stick with you much longer.

Dreamless

Sometimes the only thing you have is a dream and your own volition to make it happen. There will be naysayers and dream crushers all along the way, but ultimately it is up to you whether you decide to chase your dreams down and turn them into reality. Everyone has a dream that they either let go or chased, and everyone has the capacity to bring their dreams into reality. Sometimes what wears us down is time and patience. We often get tired of chasing a dream that doesn’t feel like it is going to come true. The instant we start to get ourselves off course with our destination through doubt and questioning is the instant we start to let go of our most precious dreams.

When we go after a dream with everything we are, we will work harder, work longer, and work with more tenacity in order to bring that dream to our forefront. We are by our very nature creators of our own future. We have our own destiny to evolve through and we are more in control than we realize. If we want our dreams bad enough there are no words of discouragement to stop us. The biggest dreamers in the world started off with nothing but their dreams and their own two hands. Many of them were bankrupt and falling apart. Many of them had nothing to offer but a grand vision. The world is full of dreamers and we are all so much better off for it.

Biology and Dreams

Our preference night, at least in some part are hereditary. Scientists from Stanford University found that people with one genotype for businesses prefer the morning, but people with a different genotype prefer evening. Moreover, the choice is influenced by our habits, including those acquired in childhood, the time of the year, as well as being in any time zone. What does it mean that people can still have an impact on their biological clocks.

In summer, when a lot of sunshine, people tend to fall later, and facing the past. In winter, cold and in the twilight, like a bed beckons us to lie down. And in the morning when the sun has not yet been raised, we were hard to wake up.
Age also affects our carotid preferences. During the period of adolescent maturation may change and biological clock, that is when many young people go to the night life. As we get older, and age, people are more prone to morning activity, even if they are by nature «owl». After 60-70-year-old night-time sleep is usually reduced for most people.

Well, what about that night – the time of creative people, «lovers and poets»? It turns out that there is a meaning, and the selection of our most active time of day associated with certain features of our nature. Thus, «early bird» generally more logical, analytical thinking and have a preference as a source of knowledge to use specific information. «Night bird» have developed more imaginative and creative talents, and prefer to rely on intuition. But scientists are not yet clear whether this is our nature determines the course of our activity, whether on the contrary, the biological clock affect our personality.
